ELECTION OF DIRECTORS – SEASONS 2018 and 2019
Members are advised that the nomination period has closed for the two Directors positions that will be vacated on 31st December 2017.
At the closing time of 4:00pm on 3rd November 2017, the following two nominations had been received:
- Mr Wayne Birney
- Mr John Ure
Both nominees are eligible to serve as a Director and their nomination forms were properly nominated, seconded and lodged with the Secretary.
Therefore these two persons are declared duly elected as Directors of the Box Hill Hawks Football Club Limited for seasons 2018 and 2019; their two year terms to be from 1st January 2018 to 31st December 2019.
