Warren becomes a Hawk

Box Hill have secured ex North Melbourne player Max Warren earlier today, the 22-year-old spent 4 years on North Melbourne’s managing 1 game against the Brisbane Lions in 2014.

Warren played all of his VFL Football for one of North Melbourne’s affiliate’s, the North Ballarat Roosters from 2012-2015 where he played majority of the time as a small defender / wingman.

Warren played 17 games for the roosters in 2015 averaged just over 15 disposals and just under 3 tackles per game, he has good speed and a mature strong body that will allow him to play in multiple positions against multiple opponents.

We are excited with Max’s inclusion and believe that his experience and knowledge will be of great benefit on and off the field.

The former Eastern Rangers player is looking forward to heading back out to Box Hill City Oval for season 2016 and is looking forward to starting training with the group.

Box Hill’s pre-season kicks off this coming Monday for the 1st – 4th year players in which Warren will be joining.
