Hawks vs Collingwood Preview

The Hawks and Collingwood will face for the first time this season when they meet at Victoria Park this Saturday at 1pm. The last time the two sides faced each other was way back in round 13 of last season where the inform Pies defeated the Hawks by 7 points at Box Hill City Oval in front of a massive crowd.

Collingwood are currently sitting 7th on the VFL ladder with 8 wins and are coming off a 17 point loss to Frankston. Box Hill are better positioned coming into this game at 2nd on the ladder having won the last 2 games against Coburg and Footscray. The Hawks will need to win this game to maintain their ladder position and secure a home final as we prepare for the 2014 VFL finals series.
