Hawks Fighting Fund

Each year our Club undertakes a major project focused on improving the environment and playing experience offered to our players and where appropriate improving the environment and game day experience of our fans.

In the recent past we have focused on Capital Projects and invested in the electronic scoreboard, safety netting at the Whitehorse Road and Davey Street goals, GPS tracking equipment for all players and a total upgrade of the players’ gym equipment.

We have arranged all the fundraising in association with the Australian Sports Foundation and all the assistance provided has been fully tax deductible to our very generous donors.

This year we are again seeking assistance, however with the ever-increasing costs of providing premier facilities and programs for both our VFL and VFLW sides and our constant focus on making the Hawks the strongest Club in developing football talent throughout the community, we are relaunching the Hawks Fighting Fund.

This fund will provide crucial support throughout the 2026 season during the redevelopment of Box Hill City Oval. It will also strengthen our financial position, enabling us to invest in state-of-the-art facilities that foster the development of our people—not only as outstanding footballers, but as inspiring role models within the community.

We have again listed the project under the Australian Sports Foundation (ASF) framework and any assistance provided is fully tax deductible to the donor.

Our President, Ed Sill, and the board of directors appreciate the constant support we receive from our sponsors and membership groups and are again hoping that you may be in a position to extend that support a little further to assist in securing our future.
