Declaration of Board Election Results
Election of Directors – Seasons 2024 and 2024
Members are advised that the nomination period has closed for the two Directors positions that will be vacated on 31st of December 2023.
At the closing time of 4pm on 24th November 2023; the following two nominations had been received:
– Ms Diana Lin
– Mr David Schwarz
Both nominees are eligible to serve as a Director and their nomination forms were properly nominated, seconded and lodged with the Secretary.
Therefore these two persons are declared duly elected as Directors of the Box Hill Hawks Football Club Limited for seasons 2024 and 2025; their two year terms to be from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2025.
