Box Hill Hawks vs Bendigo Gold Preview
The Box Hill Hawks and Bendigo Gold will face for the first time this season when they meet on Saturday at Box Hill City Oval at 2pm.
The Gold are coming off an 88 point loss to Richmond and are yet to win a game this year but despite the poor record they have challenged a lot of sides and will be hungry for a win before the season’s end. The Hawks endured freezing conditions on Sunday at Frankston Oval but got past the Dolphins by 30 points to begin setting up their run into the PJVFL finals.
A win this week will cement Box Hill’s position in the top 4 but they will need to be wary of a hungry Bendigo outfit that will do anything to snatch a victory and derail our finals campaign.
