2023 Alkira Footy Clinic
On Wednesday afternoon, the Box Hill Hawks played host to the Alkira Footy Clinic!
After a successful inaugural clinic in 2022, we welcome Alkira back to Box Hill City Oval for another session run by our players.
Alkira is a community organisation that supports people with a disability to belong, connect and inspire.
We were delighted to have almost 20 people from the Alkira community join us for the clinic.
A few of our own VFLW players; Jess Trend, Grace Master and Hanna Fosbrooke ran the session and joined in on the fun.
The clinic consisted of learning the basic skills of the game, teamwork and making new friends and the main thing, having fun!
