Six In For Elimination Final
The Box Hill Hawks have recalled half-a-dozen exciting names for Saturday’s Elimination Final against Williamstown, with the 23-man match day squad comprised of 17 AFL-listed and six VFL-listed Hawks.
Among the ins are a star big-man, a dashing excitement machine, a crafty and creative small forward, a pair of sure hands in the back six, some run and carry out of half back and a marathon man built for the Middleborough Road wing.
Into the team come Ned Reeves, Changkuoth Jiath, Chad Wingard, Jai Serong, Bailey Macdonald and Ed Phillips, offering Zane Littlejohn and his coaches quality, reliability and flexibility across every line.
The unlucky names to make way are the Box Hill-listed quartet of Andrew Mathieson, Kye Agosta, Daniel Wood and Andreas Stefanakis, while Eastern Ranges youngster Christian Moraes, who featured in the round 21 loss to Werribee, and Developing Hawks ruck Clay Tucker make up the final two omissions.
Saturday’s game at Box Hill City Oval is scheduled for a 3:05pm start. Any changes to our selected 23 will be communicated prior to the first bounce.
