Hawks represent in the State Game

The Box Hill Hawks will once again be proudly represented on the state stage, with both VFL and VFLW talent selected to don the Big V in this year’s State Games.

In the VFL State Team, Kye Declase and Brodie McLaughlin have earned their call-ups following strong starts to the season. In the VFLW State Team, Kayley Kavanagh, Paige Price, Stasia Stevenson, Caitlin Thorne and Matilda Van Berkel have all been recognised for their strong form and consistency, rewarded with the opportunity to represent Victoria on the state stage.

While attention turns to the Big V State Games in Adelaide, the Box Hill Hawks will be taking on St Kilda in a practice match during the VFL bye.

With no premiership points on offer this weekend, the hit-out provides a valuable opportunity for players to maintain match fitness and continue building form.
