ELECTION OF DIRECTORS – SEASONS 2023 and 2024

Members are advised that the nomination period has closed for the two Directors positions that will be vacated on 31st December 2022.
At the closing time of 4:00pm on 18th November 2022; the following three nominations had been received:
- Mr Wayne Birney
- Mr Paul Hooper
- Mr John Ure
All nominees are eligible to serve as a Director and their nomination forms were properly nominated, seconded and lodged with the Secretary.
As there are more nominations than the available Directors positions; a postal ballot of members will now be conducted. The ballot is to be concluded by 16th December 2022.
