VFLW Round 6 Team: One debutant at home

Our VFLW Hawks will look to respond this weekend, after suffering two back-to-back losses. The team returns to Box Hill City Oval to host the Western Bulldogs on Saturday at 2.35pm in their Sir Doug Nicholls Round clash.

Following a hard-fought clash with Collingwood at Victoria Park, the Hawks are determined to bounce back in our double header at home. Facing a 2024 premiership playing team, Box Hill will be aiming for a strong all-round performance as they push to get their 2025 campaign back on track.

Molly Bell is set to debut this week. Slotting into a solid backline, we are excited to see how Bell handles the pressure.

In honour of Sir Doug Nicholls Round, there will be an on-field Smoking Ceremony and Acknowledgement of Country, before the 2.35pm first bounce.
