Members are advised that the nomination period has closed for the two Directors positions that will be vacated on 31st December 2021.
At the closing time of 4:00pm on 19th November 2021; the following nomination had been received:

Therefore this person is declared duly elected as a Director of the Box Hill Hawks Football Club Limited for seasons 2022 and 2023; his two year term to be from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2023.
The following Director of the Box Hill Hawks Football Club Limited is retiring on 31st December 2021:
- Mr Kevin Keaney
Note: As less than two nominations were received, under the terms of the Alignment Agreement between the Box Hill Hawks Football Club Ltd and Hawthorn Football Club Ltd, the unfilled Director(s) position(s) will become casual vacancies at the conclusion of current Director(s) terms(s). The Board of Directors may appoint any person to fill a casual vacancy, the term of such an appointment to conclude on the same date as that for Directors who have already been elected.
