ELECTION OF DIRECTORS – SEASONS 2017 and 2018
Members are advised that the nomination period has closed for the two Directors positions that will be vacated on 31st December 2016.
At the closing time of 4:00pm on 28th October 2016, the following two nominations had been received:
- Mr Tony Pinwill
- Mr Bob Wynd
Both nominees are eligible to serve as a Director and their nomination forms were properly nominated, seconded and lodged with the Secretary.
Therefore these two persons are declared duly elected as Directors of the Box Hill Hawks Football Club Limited for seasons 2017 and 2018; their two year terms to be from 1st January 2017 to 31st December 2018.
