Community Clubs July 31

With only a few more weeks until the end of Community Clubs season, it’s great to still see so many Box Hill players getting into their local colours and performing at high standards.

In Round 14 of the Eastern Football Netball League, the Rowville Seniors with Mitchell Sruk were defeated by 18 points by South Croydon, 9.10 (64) to 7.4 (46).

Jye Peacock and the Mooroolbark Seniors lost by 63 points against South Belgrave, 4.5 (29) to 14.8 (92). Jye received a mention in the best player list for Round 15.

 Jett Latchford and the Ringwood Seniors won by 11 points against Lilydale, 7.5 (47) to 4.12 (36). Jett received a mention in the best player list.

In Round 16 of the Coates League, Remy Maclean and the Eastern Ranges faced a whopping 81 point loss against the Dandenong Stingrays, 2.8 (20) to 16.5 (101).

In Round 15 of the Mornington Peninsula Football Netball League, Heath Bidgood and the Frankston YWC Seniors had a 64 point win over Pines, 15.13 (103) to 6.3 (39). Heath received a mention in the best player list.

In Round 13 of the Victorian Amateur Football Association, St Kevins Seniors with Andrew Mathieson had a DRAW against Old Melbournians, 6.12 (48) each.

Jed Rule and the Old Carey Seniors defeated Mazenod by 38 points, 10.9 (69) to 4.7 (31). Jed kicked 2 goals.

In Round 15 of the Gippsland League, Zach Felsbourg and the Maffra Seniors were unable to take home the win, losing by 44 points against Wonthaggi, 5.7 (37) to 12.9 (81). Zach received a mention in the best player list.
