Community Clubs July 22
Big weekend of Community Clubs results. Not long to go until finals near and the season ends. It’s an exciting time for local footy and it’s great to see our boys continuing to put on a show down in their local colours.
In Round 14 of the Eastern Football Netball League, the Blackburn Seniors with Nathan Philactides had a massive 126 point win over Norwood Seniors on the weekend, 24.15 (159) to 5.3 (33). Nathan had a ripper game with 2 goals.
The East Ringwood Seniors with Lachlan Guymer defeated Nobel Park Seniors by 23 points, 11.7 (73) to 15.6 (93).
The Ringwood Seniors with Jett Latchford lost by 37 points to Croydon Seniors, 3.5 (23) to 9.6 (60). Jett kicked 1 goal and received mention in the best player list.
In Round 14 of the Mornington Peninsula Football Netball League, Heath Bidgood and the Frankston YWC Seniors won by 17 points against the Red Hill Seniors, 7.7 (49) to 4.8 (32).
In Round 14 of the Ovens & Murray Football Netball League, Toby Cossor and the Myrtleford Seniors were beaten by 10 points by the Wangaratta Seniors, 3.9 (27) to 6.1 (37). Toby received a mention in the best player list.
In Round 14 of the Northern Football Netball League, the Hurstbridge Seniors with Kye Agosta were defeated by 15 points against Montmorency Seniors, 7.12 (54) to 10.9 (69).
The Heidelberg Seniors with Ben De Bolfo had a smashing 77 point win over the Bundoora Seniors, 16.9 (105) to 4.4 (28).
In Round 12 of the Victorian Amateur Football Netball League, Andrew Mathieson and the St Kevins Seniors defeated the University Blues Seniors by 23 points, 7.6 (48) to 3.7 (25). Andrew received a mention in the best player list.
In Round 14 of the Gippsland League, Seb Amoroso and the Drouin Seniors were defeated by 22 points against Sale Seniors, 11.7 (73) to 13.17 (95). Seb kicked 1 goal and received a mention in the best player list.
The Maffra Seniors with Zachary Felsbourg had a close 3 point win over the Morwell Seniors, 8.4 (52) to 7.7 (49).
